Anyone else struggling with the latest app update? It won't send me a code to verify my number and I can't see a help section anywhere

UPDATE: According to Google Play, Shopprize are aware of the issue and it should hopefully be resolved in the next few hours

I haven't updated the Shopprize app yet but I will just wait now until they have fixed the issue. It is a really good app though and so easy to earn Amazon Gift Cards. Hopefully they will do an IOS version at some stage.

I haven't updated either so I can't use it anyway at the moment. I did read all the reviews regarding the update issues, so just waiting to see if it's sorted before I click update!

Anyone else having issues with uploading receipts onto Shop Prize at the mo? It'll give me my daily points no problem but even after leaving it loading for 25 mins, it's still not doing my receipt uploads... strange

I uploaded receipts onto Shopprize today with no problems. It was fast too.
Check you have the latest app update, there was one the other day to fix a few issues.

Shopprize doesn't have any cash back offers like Checkout Smart and Shopimum.
You just earn for uploading receipts and once you have enough can redeem for Amazon Giftcards sent to your e-mail address, though they say takes 72 hours to process I have always received my Amazon Gift Ciode instantly.
You can always enter the Daily Sweepstakes to win prizes but I don't bother. I would rather just get an Amazon Gift Card every few weeks. Much more useful.

I love this app, I run it on two smartphones, but in lucky I have a friend who works in a shop and gives me receipts that customers don't want, I know it's against the tos, so it's not something I suggest you do. However every 3 weeks I cash out 2x£5 amazon.

I have had no problems. Run it it on 2 phones a BLU studio g he Android, and a dirt cheap Vodafone first smart 7 Android phone. Both are working well.
My only thoughts are you using an app with VPN? If not message them and see what they say.

Good thought! @Bow382 I did just download the MobileXpressions app, regretting it though! To delete it can I just delete like a normal app, or is there something I have to do to make sure it's really "gone" gone?

This is definitely a brilliant App!
Earned plenty of Amazon Gift Cards for just uploading my receipts.
So easy. Extremely popular though as now you have to go on a waiting list when you sign up.

No you just uninstall it and that's it gone

No sorry, after they upped the points value of a receipt the cash out was upped to 1000.
