Shuffle is a new cashback app for restaurants, bars and cafes. It is currently active in just four cities; Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Glasgow. They seem to be developing it quite quickly and adding new features so it is likely it will expand to other cities in the future so keep an eye out if you live elsewhere.
It connects with local businesses as a way of encouraging people to visit them. You get assigned a random selection of them each month that show on a map. It works by you connecting your card with the app and then when you pay with that card at any of the locations you almost instantly get a random percentage cashback reward that goes to a wallet in the app. The percentage of cashback you get is randomly chosen from 10% to 100%, the average seems to be around 20%. I've attached a screenshot of my rewards over the last couple of months of using it.
Clicking my referral link Shuffle or inputting the referral code ngjf4q gets you a 3 months free trial (£5 reward for me). After the 3 month trial, it is a £2.99 monthly subscription. If you know by then you won't use it enough to pay a subscription then you can cancel your account but if you do use it just once or twice a month then that would cover the subscription fee.
There website is pretty detail with more info so have a look around it if you are curious to know more. If you have any questions about my experience using it then post and I'll answer then
