Sorry for all the questions I signed up on Smarkets, deposit £10 chosen my premier team etc, match bet yesterday was for Man Utd/Crystal Palace Draw. Bet came good at odds 5.1, so balance is now £50.17, but question is do I still get a free £10 bet on the next 4 matches for Crystal Palace...

I believe so, yes. Note it is £10 risk free rather than a free bet. You will only get the refunds if your bets lose.
