They will be, but remember it's 3-4 days worth of figures and try not to panic. We won't get a clear picture again until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

honestly, the things some of these 'experts' (IndieSAGE etc.) are saying in the papers you would think the vaccines have just no effect on everything

But the best quote today is from Sr John Bell with - "If we scamper down a rabbit hole every time we see a new variant we are going to spend a long time away."

I expected higher, even with the Bank Holiday backlog. The next week is going to give a clearer picture.

US seem to have tapered off and struggling with vaccine hesitancy. Same with Israel.

UK could soon become the most vaccinated country on the planet.

My second vaccination hurts more than the first!

My left arm since last night has been aching, feeling numb at times, I can barely work today - spending most of my time using one hand to move the mouse/typing.

A little dizzy but keeping myself hydrated, I feel tired, can't concentrate on what I am doing, my left arm throbbing. I had like hot flushes last night but feel okay so far this morning.

Got my second one tomorrow, was fine with the first one no side effects, hoping I will be the same with second

hospiliations still look flat which is a positive

That is worrying, you would expect to see the hospitalisations creep up. The Indian variant seems to be ramping up!

It seems to be hitting the younger folk and not going through to the older ones

So if you are double jabbed you seem very well protected and I don't see the Indian variant cracking into that demographic UNLESS it is through people who are unvaccinated or have only had 1 jab
