ZOES continued to show a downward trend for the last few days

I think we're going to have a whopping great bounce over the next couple of weeks with schools, but then - like Scotland - it will settle. It all just depends on how it translates into hospitalisations.

I got pinged three times last week after one concert (nothing like overkill), and had particularly close contact with four infectious people, including singing less than a metre apart for 35 minutes and hugging. I had a light fever and a sore throat for a couple of days, and tested PCR negative, twice. Apparently, that was my immune system meeting Covid in the wild and giving it a total shoeing.

The vaccines are bloody brilliant. And sometimes even stop you getting infected at all (especially if you had Covid in March/April last year before it mutated).

ZOE having a small uptick at the moment but nothing major and is probably due to schools reopening and more testing being done / people signing up to register their stats with them
