I think he’s not going to be happy unless there is a second wave lol (which won’t happen)Yup. There's caution, and then there's being Cassandra.
Its obviously a result of the work he does for a living that his mindset is this cautious.

Doesn't mean you didn't have it, though - you've just recovered (even if you don't feel like it yet!). A friend of mine was in hospital, full Covid ward, CPAP machine, the works (now fully recovered). Didn't test positive in hospital, did test positive for antibodies.Your coronavirus test result is negative. You did not have the virus when the test was done.
Well what a big fat nothing lol
yeah about 80% of the way back now and at least using my macbook and getting on with some work in a half arsed way!Doesn't mean you didn't have it, though - you've just recovered (even if you don't feel like it yet!). Also, hope you ARE feeling better!
Also half-arsed today, and don't even have the excuse that I'm not feeling 100%. Managed to start a Zoom meeting this morning a full 24 hours early for someone's lesson. It's all going awfully well.yeah about 80% of the way back now and at least using my macbook and getting on with some work in a half arsed way!
Did I imagine something this morning about the Mayor of somewhere wants to test the entire city? That seems like a good idea to me. I mean, obviously people will have to agree, but you'd only need a clear picture from about 50% of the population to know what's going on.From todays conference
Laura Hughes from the Financial Times asks what officials have discovered so far through antibody tests for healthcare workers.
Hancock says there are some people who don't have symptoms but do have the virus.
He says an ONS study showed 70-80% of people who test positive for the virus don't have symptoms and "that is a significant finding".
That's a high percentage!!
I've just had an end of lesson discussion with one of my students. I did the usual positive thing of saying keep focussed and keep practising, as we'll be singing together again by the end of the year, and auditions and performances will start up again very soon.
The difference today was that I believed it too.
