Woke up this morning to an email saying someone has bought my domain! Thought it was a phishing email at first, but apparently I'd listed it as buy now and someone's snapped it up!

Totally forgotten I'd listed it lol and haven't got a clue what to do now!

You transfer ownership to the buyer I think. What site did you sell your domain for?

My matched betting site.
Forgotten I'd listed it to be honest!

Bit of a daft question, but what do I do with the associated affiliate accounts & social media accounts?

It says:
" you've sold the domain name with Project Data...you will need to transfer the current content or files currently on the domain name... As the buyer is only purchasing the domain name (along with its project data), the affiliate accounts remain yours even if they are associated with the domain name."

Seems strange, I wonder what's in it for the buyer?

An established DA? I've just bought Jon's old domain which comes with a fairly decent DA (cheers Jon) and it came at a premium. It means that once I've installed the theme and a few pillar posts I'm in a pretty good position to start monetising it.

It's only DA 6.
Which site have you bought?

Does anyone know how to transfer a domain to the buyer?
It says: " You have sold both the domain name and any applicable website content (project data)."

I haven't a clue where to start :(

Thanks Jon, but that looks like a paid service. This is via Sedo, but they don't offer any technical advice apparently, which seems odd. But c'est la vie.
