I've done my research and (hopefully) I've got my head around the theory of Matched Betting and am now ready to take the plunge! I'm thinking of taking the Quidco £50 cashback for betting with £10 nco at Ladbrokes, and pairing that with the £20 no-lose nco at Betfair. If I'm able to get these under my belt, I'll have at least £20 in the Betfair account and up to about the same in Ladbrokes, if the bet comes in. My question is, what would be a decent next nco offer with £20 in the Betfair account, something without onerous wagering requirements etc? Thanks for your help, and I can't wait to report back.

don't go it alone, that's just crazy if you are starting out

Use profit accumulator / odds monkey / whoever you want and earn that way.

You need their tools and advice.

The cash that comes from topcashback can take weeks/months to actually appear as cash in your bank account. Its good when you can add it to your 'battlefunds' but don't rely on it early doors to get you your betting money.

Check what other offers the cashback excludes you from. I haven't started MB but I have been reading the terms and conditions of the gambling cashback offers. I don't want to be excluded from bookies I might want to use for money I might never get.

Thanks for the heads-up Jon. I just used a free iPhone calculator and was able to get overall +£10 value on the bet. Quite happy to have got the first one under my belt, but I'll certainly be looking into the services before I continue.

Hi Reverend, that's a good point. I checked with Quidco and of course Cashbacks are not guaranteed so I'm not relying on the money being available for the next offer. It's more a case that the Quidco offer made sense in terms of not having to sink my initial roll into wagering reqs. Thanks for the help and I'll check out your blog tomorrow.

Yeah, it's important to check the T&Cs when weighing cashback vs. NCOs. Quidco said that using the bookies' own NCO codes breaks the cashback so there is no "double-dipping" so my advice is to always double-check, look at the average wait for payout and weigh against the wagering reqs of the NCOs.
