Hi,

I'm looking into MB & phone apps atm, so I've been reading a few of the threads which have been helpful (thank you) I'm sure somewhere a lot of these have been asked in threads before, but I'd really like to have them answered for me in a "one pot" place so I'll be better able to see if this will be feasible currently. :)

MB
1) What it the absolute mininimum to use to start that will give a (albeit slower) good return with.
2) I've seen it recommended to use a dedicated bank account, but if need to use more than one to start - can this be added or changed at a later point.
3) Withdrawing money - what is the best way to do it? Paypal, bank etc.
4) Depositing money - as above, and can a credit card be used?
5) Email details - Is it best to have a dedicated email address for this & does it also need to be linked to paypal if being used?
6) I've seen the ultimater(?) spreadsheet mentioned, is this something that can be set up before starting or best left until ready to start?

Phone apps
1) I've read that a couple of them are iphone only, but some are available on android - I'm a bit confused as to whether this would include a windows phone or not? If not, are there any out there for windows phones?
2) Do all the apps need to be left running all the time for best options?
3) What's the minimum spec iphone that I could get away with using for it ?
4) What's the usual way to get paid for these?

Really appreciate your help & I'm sure I'll likely have more!

Well why would you

you only need to start with £60 cash when you get going with matched betting

you won't need to put anymore in so just use a debit card as you increase your bankroll

Just to add to Jon's reply the 2 iPhone apps Task 360 and Field Agent pay into your bank now... no longer use Paypal
I keep apps running in the background all the time in order that I get push messages etc.. but you don't need them on all the time as it uses battery and data allowance up.
There is a couple of the less busy apps that can work on windoze phone.. but they very very rarely have paid tasks. ... An iPhone 5s or up is probably the best phone for doing apps. .. worst most fiddly piles of crap ever (imo) but they handle every app unlike Android sadly

Also to add about using a credit card for matched betting. Apparently, most credit cards treat online gambling deposits in the same way as if you withdraw cash from the credit card(very expensive!).

Just to add...I've read pretty recently that betting using your credit card looks bad on your credit file.

Also, once you get started there's a temptation to start charging more money to your credit card so you can do more offers etc., which I can't imagine is very wise.

Credit card companies will treat it as a cash withdrawal, usually charging at least £3 just for the transaction and then more in the way of interest if you don't repay straight away.
