"This is the best day ever" - almost asleep, utterly miserable. Spat tea across the keyboard.

Also loving the lady that I think is Russian, loading every ounce of meaning into each prompt she possibly can.

Also "I've been feeling a bit down lately" - absolutely chipper, sounds like he's won the lottery.

And someone just ended a prompt with an absolute ripper of a fart!
Can I ask you, for this one, are you ignoring any microphone blips, sounds, etc, before the text is actually spoken (and any blips, etc, after the speaker has finished speaking) - I'm listening to the whole recording? If there have been blips, etc, before and after the spoken speech, I have been marking it down as 'No', but I'm now wondering if I should ignore these bits and only mark it as a 'Yes/No' on the actual spoken speech? Thank you.

I’m not doing that task, I’m doing the 10c emotion scale one.

It's super glitchy today. Showing 14 waiting and 1 agent, which I thnk is me, but it's telling me there's no calls available. so apologies to anyone waiting! Managed to do 2 before it went wrong.

Did we just speak? The line was awful, I could barely hear you, just went along with the script when there was a gap in your speech!

If the line itself is okay, and the sound is on the recording rather than the speech segment (if that's clear), I'm marking it as Yes.

Quick question for anyone doing the Narrowband Insurance calls - just done my first one as a customer, and the script for the second one is exactly the same as the first. I'm assuming this is an error? As the banking ones I did in the past were all different.

Thank you. I started doing that earlier today, so I think that it's not too many of them that have gone through with a 'No'.

It said no more tasks for most of the day, but now its available again! It's a good pay so I would rather do this than the other ones
It will probably be available on and off. I just did a few today but it says no more tasks now.

I did some agent calls yesterday and yes once you got into the swing of them they aren't too bad and tried again this morning but it kept having connection errors and then the few I did it took forever to submit them the submit button was glitching.
