So when a segment has say a 3 second silence are you splitting that up into 2 segments? That's what I've been doing

OOh....quite enjoying that Neevo task, didn't realise there were such problems with it. How long after doing it did you all find out you're not getting paid as you should?

Have only just looked at this, and I'm a bit confused as to what I'm meant to do.....

If in doubt, make sure you tweak the segment so there's a good half second before and after speech. Covers intakes of breath, long final consonants etc.

Fingers crossed! That was the most fun I've had doing a task, managed to do 149 before they ran out. Felt like I was becoming extremely proficient towards the end!

You know, this one isn't actually that difficult, basically the same rules that were on previous transcription guidelines but more fleshed out so I for one know exactly what I'm doing! I'm about to focus down on this and I'll let all of you know how many I managed to get done this time round

I did loads of these transcriptions a few months ago, I quite enjoy doing them. I'm doing the qualification just now and just heard myself speaking from when I recorded the calls months ago!

I’ve just been invited to my first jobs.

The first one is a Generic Job recording sports scenes for $0.08? I don’t really want to do that task but I had to click Start Task to see what it was about, and now I can’t see any way to cancel it?

The second one is Orthographic Transcription for $0.15 per recording. How much would I make on that though? Like how many recordings will there be and how long will it all take? Why don’t they explain these things?

Also nothing shows up on the app it just says “No jobs available” but if I go on it with Safari it shows those 2 jobs, why’s that?

I did 158 on that transcription one, which is closed now. I left the screen open and completely forgot about it :/ Would have done well over 200 otherwise.
