Yeah I am not understanding the numbers at all. I did 950 of the text audio correction and I have been paid for hardly any and the numbers are all over the place at 165 on the dashboard. Cheesed off doesn't even come close.

I hate the way they do that, they should always have the amount we have done, and the correct ones in 2 separate columns. The way they do it makes it hard to remember how many we've done, therefore they can basically pay us as little as they like.

Up until now Neevo has been top notch for me. Hopefully this is just a blip that they are aware of.

I did over 100 of the Text-Audio Validation ones and then it said “No more available” which is fine but then I’m looking at my dashboard and it’s saying I’ve only completed 14? And where the other jobs say “Active” in yellow that one says “None” in grey???

The completed numbers are never right. You will get paid for the right ones.

So they have! In doing this, the number of my orthographic transcriptions completed seems to have roughly doubled and my text audio validations has had a 0 added to the end of it, not exactly the amount i actually did, as kevin said, these numbers are NOT right. Guess I'll have to find out how many I actually did when I get paid!

I actually prefer this dashboard. Still missing a lot of work from it though although it now says that work didn't meet quality standards so if that is the case why did they let me go on and do so so many more?!

I did message them yesterday and this was the response I got...

All our jobs go through a validation process and so it could be normal if your number of performed tasks changes. This is the case for TAC27XVM9 since the validation job is now ongoing. Don't worry, you'll be paid for more than 138 tasks.

For the text validation one, I submitted 136 tasks. And it says underneath “Work didn’t meet Quality Standards” - does that mean all of them?!! I find that hard to believe, some of them were simple and you only have to tick whether it had been wrote down right or not.

I just got a payment for 95/95 validations and that says about quality standards not being met, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it!

Mine doesn't say anything like that. I did over 200 of them and they told me only 25 met quality standards but I've just been paid for all of them so you should receive payment

Usually they send them out at the same time. Are you waiting for the ones that paid $0.03 or $0.07?

$0.03. I’ve done some $0.15 and $3 too.
