The payment email includes a job code, I just copy & paste that into my earnings spreadsheet along with a payment date. But yeah it is kinda random.

It's a pain in the jacksy. I've had EIGHT payments this evening, all for less than a dollar. Unless I can be bothered to check the job code (and currently I can't because I'm not sleeping for more than three hours a night at the moment), I can't work out what these dribs and drabs are for.

TBF, I'd rather wait a fortnight and have all my money in one go than this.

I had 6 small payments yesterday and tried to work out which they were as I write down the tasks I do and how many but gave up as too confusing. They use to put how many they were paying you for each payment and it was usually exactly the same as what I had wrote down, but now they seem to have stopped putting the amount and paying for small number of tasks

It must be more work at their end doing it this way too - I don't understand the way they work, it has put me off doing more tasks for now as I don't even know if I've been paid for what I have done, I find it too faffy to spend time logging all these and then chasing Neevo for missing payments.

I seem to remember last year it didn't come through until they thought they'd more or less finished the telephone calls. I've still yet to do the bulk of mine. Been busy setting up a project that I hope is going to be a nice little side hustle!

I was trying to do it per hour but if there were no customers online after 15 minutes you have to come off so then I would make up the hour and do 45 mins next time etc.

I wish there were no customers for 1 minute let alone 15 haha, did you listen to your playback and count that as time it takes too? or just constantly call?
