I’ve just had an email from Neevo for a Validation task but it’s foreign?? Has anyone else had it?

I've just had this email sent and also the follow up saying it's normal if don't have access and it had been sent in error.

What does it say when you click on “View payment history” because mine says “total earnings for this job $6.60” so maybe that’s what I’ve got outstanding?

I’ve just noticed it’s gone up to 12 cents as well.

Ah yes, i read 1515 tasks as 0.15 for some reason. I can only do this at the evenings so hopefully it will be available for a while.

I've just got the task through for the retail dialogue collection job, this will be the first time I've ever done the call tasks and I'm nervous, what is it like? Is it an actual call centre or is the person on the other end doing a task through Neevo as well? I've done lots of voice recording tasks before not on Neevo but other sites, but actually talking to a person isn't something I've done before like this. Is says that you get a general script to start the call off but then what, and do you use your real name, date of birth, address etc? Or are they all provided within the script? And also I don't need credit on my phone do I for this? It says it won't cost me but I just wanted to make sure, as I'd need to top up otherwise.

I really can't turn the money down for this as I'm in real need, just looking for advice before I try them?

I won't lie, the first few are awkward. After that though it's not that bad.

It's not an actual call centre, just people like us working for Neevo (a few people that post here have been agents) but the agent will likely have done the same script a few dozen times so they'll sound like they are!! There aren't usually many agents on so you'll end up speaking to the same agents again and again.

There's a general script for each task - if you're nervous copy it into a word document and type out your answers - then you can just read them off.

You can see the script before you join the queue to be called - have a read through, it's pretty run of the mill stuff.

Don't use any of your real details, and change whatever details you make up for every call.

No credit needed for your phone - they call you.

I did some last month having put them off for months and the first few were awkward but not as bad as I thought they'd be.
I haven't heard any of my recordings back yet though and I will have probably mumbled for Wales!!

They are really easy once you get the hang of them.

Don't use your real info and change it each call.

Just have a quick read of the script, it does usually change for each call. You will get called so you won't need any credit on your phone.

Just for your peace of mind, there is always an option to have the call redone if you really need it, just ask the agent, but you will be fine. Just keep calm and be yourself.

The agents are just people like you who have done the customer calls and then asked by Neevo to act as agents.

Thank you all for replying and for your help with telling me more about it, it doesn't seem as daunting now I know all that is involved. Is there any particularly good time to find agents online for doing this task? Also I can press exit the queue to continue later without making that one invalid can't I?
