I’ve had major issues trying to connect as an agent and by all accounts so have others according to feedback I’ve had from Neevo over the last 2 days. We want to be agents to give you the work but we can’t connect!! Grrr

I’m 7th in the queue and have been for around 10 mins. I’ve completed barely any because I cant get through but I’m pretty happy to sit and wait whilst doing the other tasks!

The first one the woman hung up on me and I had to submit it as an invalid task, piss take! I've done 2 since then. I'm in the queue now, got quite a few tasks to do on there now though. Got 2 correction tasks, a validation task and a sentiment task.

It’s taken 35 mins to get through and the agent was lovely. There’s 3 agents online atm so a better chance of getting though. Think I might try tonight instead.

Ive just discovered this forum. Its great to see other Neevo people on the internet. I have been working as an Agent recently and it has been super glitchy so its been hard to do any calls.

The US Sentiment tagging job was live for me this morning at 8:00 but when i checked back just now it has disappeared, Has anyone else seen this ?

No mine is still there. I don't know how they validate those anyway, surely it is purely subjective?

Mine's still there too. I'm finding the disconnect between the energy in the speech and the words quite tricky. Also, I'm judging everything in Actor, so that's making life difficult for myself as well.
