Hey guys is anyone else having this problem?

I have set up my computer so that it loads a select set of websites when I start up safari. However the money shed has, in the last few weeks, decided it won't keep me logged in and won't remember my information.

It's a minor point, but as I did the setup for ease, this eradicates that ease and so most of the time I don't bother with the Money Shed as I just close it at the sign in.

Is there something I can do? I tell it to stay logged in and even tried telling it to stay logged in for 6000 mins. But it doesn't make any difference I am logged out next time I come back.

Mine never stays logged in either, I clear cookies etc once a week so it isn't that.

I tried changing the minutes and I tried ticking the stay logged in box etc.

Hey there John

I am mostly using Safari on a Mac.

I had to log in again this time, but it stated 9999999 mins on the 'stay logged in'.

Hopefully will stay this time but I'll keep you posted. It seems only I and only other have had the same problem so its probably a fairly isolated problem by the sounds of it.

Isolated yes, a problem nonetheless.

Hopefully now I have increased the time a cookie can be kept for from TMS it should be ok

Yeah it hasn't made a difference, I might just have to give up and only use this site when I go on the big mac as I didn't have that problem there. Its not a big deal it just means I come on less and if its happening to me, it might stop lighter-using others using it altogether.

Thanks for the efforts :D

Very odd

we are dishing you out the cookie, and your safari is just choosing not to remember it or delete it or something. You don't have any cookie exemption rules setup do you?

To be honest with you I wouldn't know how to check but I'll go on Youtube and find out. I cannot remember ever saying no to cookie rules from Money Shed though (I cannot remember accepting any either mind haha!)

If I come up with a solution I'll bring it back to this thread.

Not the same question but related - I'm being threatened with having my Moneyshed account deleted as I haven't logged in for a while and haven't posted.

Are there minimum requirements does anyone know? I must admit I've tended to forget this site up to now but it's very good and I don't want it to get deleted!

I'm pretty sure I told you in the email what the requirements are
