Hi,

I'm not totally new to earning money online. I've been doing surveys for years and for a while Matched Betting was good income, but now it feels like it's drying up and I need some other ways to make money. I made £110 this month with surveys (Lifepoints, prolific, pinecone, populus, opinium, qmee, panelbase, yougov, newvista) and could probably make more next month. I made £150 with casino offers. I'm open to other things, I just feel like I have no skills and branching out is hard. I downloaded BeMyEye and there's a task in my area, so maybe I'll have a little success with that. I downloaded Roamler but don't have an activation code. Charity shops around here already seem picked clean for reselling.

Does anyone have any advice for specifically low skill money earners to get me started?

Hiya!

LOADS of low skill money earners here
20 Work from Home Jobs for Mums - Over £5000 of Income!

On top of that don't forget the smartphone apps are dynamic in nature. So work comes and goes so it's best to download Roamler as well to cover as many bases.

Have you looked into the Ad Rating work with Lionbridge that a LOT of us are doing? That's £300 a month right there for around 20mins a day!

Thanks for your reply :)

I've not heard of Lionbridge at all, I'll definitely look into that as honestly a couple hundred extra a month would make such a difference. I'd love to try Roamler but it wants an activation code.

Drop me a PM once you get your post count on the forum to 10 and you can have our ongoing Roamler invite code ;)

Will do! Thanks :)
Just remember, the more you try things out, look around, get involved on here and ask questions the more money you will end up making!

Take a look at the February earnings challenge thread to see just how much people are making and how they are doing it!

Crikey that's some great referral money you made there!!
It's hard work getting reliable referrals, but it's profitable work when you do :p

Your site helped a lot with that, must say.

Yeah i've seen loads of people setup their own blogs / websites over the last 12months with the pure purpose of pushing affiliate links in a more organic way. TBF they do actually work really well when the blog content is well written and they can some decent keywords but I suppose the issue at the moment is the lack of offers from banks

are you still doing this? And what are bank referrals?
Hi! I remembered you this morning and was going to tell you about the Halifax referral, but I see @MoneyJedi got there before me!

Please do this offer. It's unbelievably simple - though it's a bit of a faff.

Instructions:

1) Make sure you have a dormant bank account aka a spare one you're not using for anything.
1a) If not, open a Starling / Monzo account, and use that for the switch.
The benefit of using Starling or Monzo is that due to their status as challenger banks/e-banks, they are very simple to open and they will not carry out a credit check during the application process. Finally, it will be really quick.

Okay so once you have your spare account open:

2) Go to halifax, and open a reward current account. Select "yes" this will be your main bank. It really doesn't matter.
2a) At the end of the form, select "Yes" to the question do you want to switch now?
Enter the details of your spare account into the form, you will need to include the debit card number, so you will have to wait for that to arrive.

**Select the £5 reward and the spend £500 on your debit card monthly option to get the reward**

3) Once the account is open, set up internet banking and mobile banking.

4) Once you have received the halifax card, and the account is set up on your mobile - transfer in £1500 to make sure you don't get charged the £3 account fee.
You don't have to transfer £1500 in one go, you can do 2x£750, 3x£500, 5x£300 - whatever is affordable for you, just make sure it adds up to £1500.

5) To make sure you hit the £500 monthly debit card spend - this is a bit tricky. You will need something like Pingit / Revolut / Monese.

If you don't have any of those set up, set up Revolut. Honestly it's such a good account.

Once you have one of those 3 set up, send £500 (or 2x£250, etc) to your halifax account and top up your Revolut account using the halifax debit card by £500 in total - then you will have met that criteria.

As long as you keep the halifax account at £0 and no less each day, you will be rewarded with £5 credited to your account on / around the 12th each month for 1 year.

So effectively, the halifax deal is potentially worth £160.

As I said, it's a bit of a faff, but worth it!

Thank you Atonement and Money Jedi :D

No problem, if you have been following the awesome advise from @atonement19 then you could either switch the Halifax account to Metro Bank to get another £50.

Or even better, open another current account with Halifax and switch that to Metro bank.

You can again do the same, set up a standing order to transfer 5 x £100 or 10 x £50 to qualify for the £500 you get the offer and use the Revolut method to get around the 10 spends?
