Hi,

I switched energy providers using the Uswitch offer on Swagbucks but have not received the points. I have looked on there to contact them about this but having no luck as the 'offer' is not one of their own or something??

Can anyone help how I go about contacting someone about this?

Just so I get this right you are trying to find a way to contact Swagbucks to chase up lost points from an offer you did on their site?

Yes. I went through the 'customer support' and 'i have completed an offer and not received credit, what can i do' but i cant complete that form as this offer isnt on their drop down menu thing but is an 'offerwall' instead....

Or reach out to them on this Twitter account where they seem very active as responding to people

Some offers on Swagbucks take a little while to payout. Did it say in the terms how long it would take?
