Technical problems in surveys

I'm annoyed.
I'm sat at the computer doing surveys & this is the 4th time I've encountered problems (GlobalTestMarket). Trying to highlight some brands of shower gel & it will not let me highlight them at all. I did think it was a problem with GTM, but it's just done the same on a Valued Opinions survey. Do you think it's an issue their end, or am I missing something here?

And another!! This survey was about butter, and will not let me highlight the brands I am aware of. Very frustrating.

I am having no problems. Done some different surveys today from Valued Opinions and Global Test Market and all worked fine.
I use Firefox.

My valued opinions ones always work, but every now and then there's wrong with one of the ones on clixsense. Or even worse, it ends without giving you credit!

just google 'download flash' and pull it back down again

same for JAva

I've had problems in the past with Firefox after one of their updates. You could try Chrome instead as this worked for me before.

I've got about 10 GTM surveys waiting for me but no time for them at the mo

Hi..

I've had a few surveys where you are doing a multiple choice but some of the text is missing from the answers that you choose from, I then just guess!

Not had problems with not being about to highlight with surveys, but lots of being frozen out of things and then refreshing the screen and all my hard work is gone! Also technical problems with getting things up and running is one of the things that I seem to experience...

hi coomassie - 10 surveys waiting for you?...I would love 10 as I get frozen out of about 80% only usually have about two waiting for me...

I updated java - flash said that chrome automatically does it for me.
Will try again tomorrow
