We are looking to recruit outgoing, talented, highly communicative people to conduct the primary research that forms the basis of our core services.

The Role
Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable Head of Data Acquisition, you will play a crucial role conducting the primary research that feeds into CGA’s key services
You will be ringing all types of licensed outlets and you will build a rapport with licensees and bar managers to collect a range of information about the licensed trade and their venue.
Based at home you will be expected to be flexible and sometimes work outside the normal 9-5 office hours due to the license trade being open in unsociable hours.

Confident with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Time management & organisational skills
Happy to work flexible, unusual hours
Self-motivated
Detail focussed with the tenacity to finish the job in hand
Ability to work autonomously and also be a strong team player
Passionate and Conscientious worker who takes pride in their work
Has interest, passion or knowledge of bars, pubs, drinks and the people who drink them
Job Requirements
Comfortable speaking with and building rapport with a range of people
IT literate, comfortable with basic software packages
Good written and spoken English language Skills
