Oh my god! I was doing the paddy power offer ( wager 10 and will match with bonus) and i was pissed off because i didnt feel like i was getting much return on these kind of offers and thought it was fixed! lol I was doing 20p spins and getting nowhere but thats usually what i tend to go with . I was at £14.00 and lots to wager, so just thought ah what the hell just do £2 spins and i won £222, then wagered down to £200. :)
I'm saying the obvious but yeah there is an absolute difference between 20p and £2, so if you were like me just trying to spare your money, even though it just wastes time, dont be afraid to go higher. I know its obvious but for anyone thats a beginner eh!

Going higher isn't actually a great strategy. The reason you bet low is to spread out the variance and boost your chance of ending with a profit.

I personally only really go high when I'm right near the end of wagering, rather than when I've got lots of wagering left to do.

Ive tried with betfred and betvictor free casino £30 each on slots but fruitless. and the minimum wagering are high. Im very skeptical about slots after losing 200£ last year. is there a technique to it? :-\ :-\ :-\

I tried employing a sort of martingale system where I started off low and increased my bet per spin if the first ten spins didn't win anything, so when a win came in it would be at a higher amount and it would recover the earlier losses.

It didn't work.

I'm the same as astheee. Any money I make with bonus funds always gets wiped out by the wagering requirements.

If they had proper fruit machines like you get in arcades down the seaside with nudges and holds etc I might play them more, but just clicking a button with no other interaction is a dull way to lose money.

Yeah I didnt think of it like that. I think its because i've never done higher stake slotting before. Yeah I kept to 40p after that and got down to £200.

Autospin is your friend.

Betting low is usually the way to go to allow for variance across your 1000 spins or whatever.

Now have a Son in Law, and have become the 'dreaded' Mother in Law. Many congratulations to Hazel and Matt who got married on 10th August, at the Centre for Alternative Technology, Machynlleth, North Wales. It was a fab weekend away and the most unconventional but personal wedding ever!
