I've introduced a lot of people to the things I do and the general feeling is first they hear I make x amount per month and want it for themselves, but then when I show them how I do it, they don't want to put in the time it takes to earn it. If you truly want it you find what works and you do it.

I get that as well, they say oh I get bored too easy or something like. Yet say oh well it's ok for you when I manage to earn some to pay a bill off or amazon vouchers to get a birthday gift for someone. Erm no its not ok for me I get bored of surveys etc a lot but when I have gifts to buy etc its head down and grit to get on because I want to get there lol.

I haven't read all the other posts but I agree abut the online-sigma.
People would ask me WHAT I actually do on-line. At this point, it quite hard to answer. Its a bit hard to pin down. I say its a bit of research, marketing, selling etc... I try to keep it a bit vague.


But what annoys me the most is the attitudes from the family, esp. my husband and mum. That I `sit in front of the PC/lap-top ALL evening.` Grrr... I don't know if anyone else get this?? They think I do nothing.


Also, I find people want online cash pay out fast. I took me 3 months to get my first pay out. Honestly, some people aren't patient enough, there is a saying - `there is no fruit without roots`. Some people wont put the effort in.


Maybe what confuses people is there is a real-world over lap. I may do an on-line survey which could lead to a real-life focus group meeting or a phone call survey, so technically is not 100% on-line

Yes I get the thing about being sat in front of the comp, I get there are other things you could be doing. Aye there is but if I was at work they would not be telling me that. This is the only kind of things I can do atm because of health and I adore that I can feel like I am doing some useful things not just sat in watching TV. I am not tied so if I only manage a little a day then I do but on a better day I can do more. I would not get that freedom anywhere else. Yeh it's not much income mostly Amazon vouchers for me but I use them to pay for xmas and bdays. I also get some theatre tokens from some sites and I adore the theatre, its such a treat being able to see a show from my vouchers
