Hi all, I'm Olly and I decided I should register after browsing for a couple of days :) At the moment I'm currently doing surveys on Valued Opinions, and yesterday I signed up to Market Force and eMysteryShopper, so am looking forward to trying some of the things on those two sites out, but mostly I'm looking forward to learning some things on this site :)

Hi all. I found the forum through Jon's email message to the 63336 crew.

I work for 63336 and have done for 8 years. That job saw me through going to uni as a mature student, moving to Spain and starting a family, so I am fond of the company, despite the many changes over the years. I usually earn from £20 to 600 a month with them (so don't actually get paid every month now, due to the rolling over balances under £100) and find it difficult to find work there. I can only refresh the page for two minutes before I lose the will to live and log off. Perhaps I need to try harder.

I also work for Leapforce and have done since October last year. But I've just been restricted for quality for getting two SS reviews. First time being SS and my overall reviews are still good, but I'm restricted now so thinking of other ways to make up the shortfall in earnings from there. Before Leapforce I worked for Lionbridge a couple of times, for 12 months each time. So I'm familiar with the work.

I signed up to Roamler last week and got some mushroom tasks yesterday... they were all 10 miles or so from me (I live in Doncaster) so off I went to Sheffield, did two tasks and then spent 1.5 hours looking for the next two. Nope, not there. I messaged Roamler and had to leave to go and pick up my little girl from preschool. So that turned out to be a costly venture.

Today I've signed up for TranscribeMe. Anyone any experience? It doesn't look to be fab pay.

I'm wanting to earn some spending money for our family holiday in September. And then perhaps pay my way through my Masters. Working 'properly' isn't really an option for me at the moment - I've got a three year old and a two year old and my husband works as a lorry driver, so he's away all week.

Don't know if I have mentioned this but my first experience of living in the north was when I was at Sheffield Hallam uni
I lived in halls at Norfolk park

Mondays at the lead mill and Saturday nights at gatecrasher @'the republic during its MASSIVE boom period towards the millennium.. I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to experience Sheffield throughout most of 1999

Ah, so it was you that took them last few mushroom ones? ;)

Nah, I won't. It was a couple in Rotherham I did. I don't feel confident driving around Sheffield.

I'm not from Doncaster, originally. I'm from the North East (Durham). husband is from here.

Bizarrely, there is a big boat yacht moored on the Tyne outside my office as we speak - nice little thing it is too. >> http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/whats-on/whats-on-news/newcastle-yacht-perfect-day-out-7355363

Wow. How the other half live, indeed. Never seen a superyacht before.

When thee boat comes innnn...

Brings back memories of nights out on the Toon. They had ship nightclubs, Tuxedo Royale and Tuxedo Princess. One had a revolving dancefloor. I bet the fancy yacht doesn't have a revolving dancefloor ;) (nor probably a burger van, mind you)

Newbie here! Am a mum of 2, soon to be 3. Have given up my AHP career as was finding the juggle between childcare and working was impossible. No childcare available where I am so going to become a childminder myself. Would love to work from home to help support my family. Looking forward (although slightly petrified) to the journey....

Hi,
I'm Jakki and I'm at home with my 2 girls (3 and 6). I'm a Barefoot Books ambassador, Phoenix Cards Trader and crocheter just now but I'm just on pocket money atm. Hoping to ramp myself up a few gears when the youngest goes to nursery! I also volunteer as a breastfeeding peer supporter and at a local arts centre. Nice to meet you all :)
