Yes I may revisit the MBing for the reloads etc but to be honest I prefer to do a bit of mug punting these days.

The football gifts site is a straight ecommerce site selling official licensed Premier League team merchandise. I am looking into the personalised gifts market but haven't really delved into it too deeply as yet.

Sounds interesting

Was there much of an outlay? I guess you would make a lot of money from it as you can sell world wide!!

It's a dropshipping site which has taken years to develop as it is such a competitive market to make money in especially when you're up against the big boys such as eBay and Amazon. However, I am doing ok with it and doesn't take too much of my time these days hence why I have some free time to look at other money making opps :)

ah you're doing dropshipping!

Whenever I've looked into that in the past the margins have never been enough for me to bother with but if you've found one that does more power to ya!!!!

The margins are there but you have to be prepared to play the long game (and by long I mean a couple of years) and be very competent with SEO, linkbuilding etc.

I will have a look through previous threads to see if I can offer assistance to anyone struggling with SEO.

Just wanted to say hello, my name's Lou. :) I've been lurking for a few days to get a few ideas about making some extra money!

I've tried a few of the mystery shopper apps but there's not much local to me going on. Since yesterday I've made £6.92 just through using Qmee (mostly surverys and couple of link clicks) and have cashed out £5 on swagbucks. I have £2 pending on Streetbees and £1 on Curious Cat so almost £15 up since yesterday thanks to this forum!

I've also signed up to Clixsense but it's slow going. I will be trying match betting once I have the funds in a couple of weeks and also giving the website testing a go, just need to grab a headset in a day or two.

Hey @louisei91

Fantastic to have you on here and posting!!

Looks like you are already doing well earning a few quid from survey sites!.

I assume by mystery shopping apps you mean Roamler, BeMyEye etc. The work on those apps is DYNAMIC so there could be no work today but loads on Friday so keep checking them!!!

Sooner you get onto Matched Betting the better. I only started with £50-£60 and have made over £30,000+ so far

Take a look at uTest. That's website testing that pays well but DOESN'T require a headset if you want to get started sooner ;)

If you have any questions please just ask. Everyone on here wants to help you earn as much as you possibly can online!

Hey Lu - welcome to the forum - have you read Jons beginners toolkit yet? Lots of good stuff in there. I'd give Prolific a try if you've not done so (there's some tips on my blog about using it - address is in my signature).

Great to have you with us!

Hi everyone! I'm Zara. I'm just coming to the end of my PhD and wanted to start making a little bit of extra income on the side whilst I look for a job. I've used apps before and I currently run a blog (but am not profiting from it). Looking forward to getting to know people and seeing what tips I can learn to help with earning a bit more money.

Hey Zara!

Fantastic to have you on here and posting!

I bet you're excited about finishing your Ph.D.! Have you a job lined up or are you just going to see what comes around?

How much are you looking to earn each month online ideally do you think?

Hi My name is Lisette and I work full time out of home, but in a job I absolutely love. I also do some home working - audio transcription - whereby I get paid 65p - 75p per minute straight into my bank. I also do online surveys and incentivised forums as well as competitions which I am often quite lucky at. You would think this might mean I was rolling in money but it is not so. I have a very tight budget most months and have to be very careful with my money, but I do like to find a bargain in various charity shops, too, and my love is to find unusual stationery and cards going for a song. I buy all my footwear and clothing in charity shops and really grudge paying full price for these, as things you find in charity shops were often from a time that things were made to last in! Therefore, they are harder wearing and last longer. I would not say I was a dedicated follower of fashion. I am struggling with the format of these forums, though, and have tried to do some posting earlier, but I think I got muddled up!
