Could you add a "graveyard" section for all the schemes that have died in here?

I was just reading through the Life Tree World thread and thought it might be useful to have a single place to see all of the things like this that are best avoided. The treads could be moved to this section after they've been thoroughly dismantled in the main forum.

My main issue with that is

Someone joins up to TMS

They post about joining the greatest new MLM company Jon+

They post a good detailed thread which gets picked apart from users here (as should ALWAYS happen since MLM is the one sector of working from home that requires upfront payment!)

While we may think it is rubbish there may still be a sector of people who want to do MLMs all month long and no matter what we personally think.

A good admin / site will let conversation continue to flow on a thread, even if they don't personally agree with the content, a bad one would would go all THREAD CLOSED!! and relegate it to a graveyard area lol

Good point. There's also the possibility that we're all wrong and the person who brought it up makes a fantastic success of it all, then we'd all want to hear about it.

I do enjoy a good autopsy though.

trust me, my personal views are polar opposite to others on here at times (for instance people that do surveys and clicksites I see as just an utter waste of your time) however people do them and earn from them

I wouldn't dream of demoting the threads about latest surveys site that can earn you 50p an hour!!

Still finding my way around this great site so happy to be corrected if this suggestion already exists:

Would it be possible to create a sub Forum of working from home threads that ARE literally just for working from home?
For example mystery shopping (eDigitalResearch excepted) requires you to go into actual 'bricks and mortar', obviously.

The reason I ask is because I am (almost) housebound and know there will be others in similar circumstances.
Also, it would be easier to identify which of the money-making options on here are suitable to apply for. Especially if you are a newbie and have not heard of most of them before now.

Hey [member=4097]Darksideofthemoon[/member]

I would say all work on here can be done from home obviously with the exception of the mobile apps like Task360 / Field Agent etc. Creating a subforum for everything except those apps, well, I'm not sure what purpose it would serve.

I understand what you saying however and will get a blog post up which is tailored for earning from home when you are housebound which should give you want you want and also help people in a similar situation.

Thanks ! @Bow382 I hoped to use the tips here to add to my holiday fund - student wages don't really allow for holidays much haha. Have you tried the matched betting thing?

Sara, welcome to TMS.
You will probably find that pretty much everyone here does matched betting - it is just too good an opportunity to miss. Big tax-free rewards for relatively little effort once you have learned how to do it.

Personally I've not tried matched betting as you need quite a large amount of spare cash. I will look into it one day, I'm just happy doing what I do atm and earning £100+ a month.
I know a lot of people here have a great success with it though.

Do you run a blog or participate in mobile app schemes?

You can start matched betting with £50-£100 and build up your bank from there.

I mostly just run apps on two smartphones, I recently bought my second one, a Vodafone smart 7 first, from Amazon for £20 which paid for itself in 3 weeks. And a few apps on my PC which I use to emulate Android os via BlueStacks. Have a look around and you find some suggested apps. I you need some suggestions pm me and I say all the ones I use. You can then search for them here as some offer referral bonuses which members have posted thier codes for
