I saw that sites only let you take out money after a certain amount so I was thinking is it better to only register to 3-4 of them in the beginning not to have the money spread to and to accumulate faster?

Often there is a minimum withdrawal of £10 but its never caused me a problem. You are likely to have more than this if you've won so you can just withdraw and move on to the next offer and come back for the reloads once you have a bigger balance.

If funds are tight I would register with the big 6 and concentrate on those at first.

You'll probably end up doing their offers every week so worth leaving a balance in each when you can.
