Anyone ever sold trading cards on ebay?

I've got a stash of pokemon cards I might try my luck with - I'm in 2 minds as my son is into pokemon now but he's got some cards of his own and he just bends the crap out of them...

Would welcome anyone sharing their experiences!

Nope, sorry. We have 100's of Pokemon cards they're the kids and in no condition to sell on haha

You wonder with those sort of things if it’s best to sell them as a joblot instead of 1 by 1

i think usually at least the holo/shinys are worth picking out if they're in good condition as they typically go for a few quid.

others could go either way.

the attraction of selling individually is:
Easy to have a packing/posting system set up
Small space needed for stock; potentially very high value to space ratio - one CD must take up the space of about 20 cards at least!
Hopefully steady trickle of income

Downside is with bith pokemon and mtg there have been soooo many versions when buying a bulk lot you would have to do a LOT of sorting.
