One of my training course affiliate merchants often holds flash sales with huge discounts on 1000's of online training courses (wide variety of subjects covered).
These flash sales often only last for a day or two and so changing coupon codes on websites is very time-consuming. Also, only a few of the courses suit my websites.
So, today I have been tweeting all manner of course links from my various accounts - check out @kmillscomp for a few examples. I have just changed the name of the account to TrainingDiscounts and need to find a better profile image.
My questions are:
1. Is tweeting these codes a good strategy? - it relies upon people coming across them via hashtags presumably and wondered whether hit rates are likely to be reasonable?
2. Are there any other ways to promote these discounts via Facebook pages, G+ accounts etc. that might be more profitable?
3. Are there any tips/tricks to finding high volume hashtags relevant to the tweet content to maximise reach?
