Just found this app in the play store it's new. Apparently the web page been running for a while. Just signed up, not sure how reliable it is, but reviews say it's a slow burner, but points all add up $25 PayPal cash out so time will tell.

The webpage just says ' we are not accepting new members at this time. Please try again in a week'.
Obviously very popular or they just are having problems at the moment so have put a hold on allowing new members to join until they have sorted it.

Made approx £40 per year from the last 3 years with them, but last year they booted 100s of UK accounts as they were dropping the UK market. I eventually got paid what I was owed, but lots of people didn't.
