Hi everyone,
I have been lurking for a good few weeks although follow the MoneyShed on instagram. Just wondered if anyone has any experience with usertribe? I tend to be screened out of their projects, but did one yesterday. It was on a laptop and recorded me although I couldn’t hear myself or see myself? I completed it but haven’t received an acknowledgement. I just wondered if this is normal?

Yeah I've never heard of them either..

Hi Arika and Jon. Usertribe I think are Danish and are similar to other market research companies wanting to find out your views on products. I was thoroughly confused with the software that was recording me. I guess I will find out if I was successful in a few weeks. Will keep you posted. I did think they were quite well known as I have seen them mentioned on social media.

Apologies for such a late follow up. Whatever I did on that task was not right as nothing got recorded. I think when it works, it is good and I have seen people on social media have had success with Usertribe.
