Yeah I can tether on my phone so may look in to it. I much prefer a Samsung so love the bigger screen and like you say the keyboard to. The pictures are so much clearer. I think I will borrow husband's phones and get the other apps. I've also had to join tesco clubcard and get a m n s sparks card. We have 4 tesco expresses where I live and just missed out on the loyalty task easy 20 quid. At least I'll have a card for future tasks.

Aye... (as long as your provider allows tethering... check with them... most do.. i am on 3 and they do) also called personal hotspot... you basically use your android as a wifi hotspot in much the same way as your home broadband.. you link the iphone to it (one time setup) then whenever you switch on your tethering the iphone will automatically connect... i have unlimited data but tethering an iphone to do apps draws very little data..you dont even need a sim card! My iphone has a Vietnamese payg sim in it from last holiday lol...set up literally takes 5 mins once you find and switch your handsets tethering on... also you can of course use any free wifi hotspot... but not ideal
Thanks [member=2821]mabozza[/member] that's fab :D

I recommend registering with Assosia and Frontier. The jobs are similar to the task apps but they email the work out. If you're quick to respond, you can book as many jobs as you can complete on a set date. No timer. I've manage about £160 with them so far this month.

Are those just iOS apps?

I recommend Job Spotter for Android, super simple app and amazing how many job ads you see in high street shop windows when you look for them.

I've submitted a total of 16 job ads, took approx half an hour of my time, which has earned £6 of Amazon vouchers. The amount you get differs for each job you submit e.g. small family run business gets you more than a big chain.

I'd recommend to anyone who regularly visits their local high street or shopping mall.

Interesting, I'll have to give it a look as I'm forever seeing jobs advertised in local cafe windows around where I live!!

Would be great to hear what you think, it's the first money making app I've used, came across this website while looking for others, who knew there were so many out there!

The produce check on BME is crap! If you read through the job it even states you're more likely to be paid £4/£5 because it's based on the supermarkets stock and not your effort. And if they say £4/£5 it's probably less than that in some cases. The upto £11.50 is just there to lure folks in.

The Coco-Cola jobs on Roamler are crap! That's why they keep increasing the fee. They want photography style photos in small independents that don't know or care about Roamler. It makes it extremely difficult to complete undercover which is really the way you want to go about these jobs. The letter attached is not authoritative enough and counts for jack. If it was my shop, I would want to see ID or at least a telephone number before random folks start taking photos!

I'm actually having a task mission melt down at the minute. Nothing on T360 for weeks. The quietest it's ever been I'd say and I've been doing it for 2 years. Streetspotr has Lidl jobs but I was completing them for £20 last month, this month they are £6.. might increase. Field agent is slow but one to watch as the recent fragrance job was spot on.

Can you post links for assosia and frontier. Thanks

Has anyone tried Appbucks and got paid? I am currenty testing and working earning points. I am not sure if legit as high payout minimum of $50. Hopefully they pay out and it's not a waste of time. I have seen mixed reviews on the net.

Never heard of it but $50 is quite a high payout

how much have you earned so far and how much time has it taken you?

Hiya Jon

I have earned 20 dollars so far and have points accumulated that I can convert to cash. I am nearly up to 30 now so I will keep at it until I reach the payout threshold. It has taken me quite a few months I installed the app last year can not remember exactly when! I have not consistently used the app daily though, I just use when I remember to and have nothing else to do.

Caution advice with Frontier as not sure if just my bad luck!!!!
I had arranged to do stores with them and you are required to use an app on the visits. The app was faulty so I was not paid for visits as they claim they did not receive my submissions. The app kept having errors so while this was happening in the store I did call and report the errors. I also took my own photos on my phone as proof of the visits and sent emails and screenshots of the app within my phone. I felt a little cheated but learned a lesson about how I intend to contract with agencies going forward. I would ensure to ask questions and discuss back up plans and company policies when app tech fails. For example finding out if manual or alternative ways of submitting reports are acceptable should app errors occur. Most companies would be flexible with this but this has not been my experience with Frontier.
