Voice Recording App

Hi All,

Does anyone use a voice recording app for mystery shopping calls? I used the one provided with the system, but it failed on the third call (after working on the first two calls) and I wondered if anyone used an app to record, or if the voice recorder function on the phone is sufficient. I would then have a backup if it happened again!

I would advise to always have a phone recorder app or device of your own. This avoids wasting your time when tech fails on the other end.

I do use a downloaded recorder app that automatically records calls. I also use my dictaphone to record calls.

I use the call recorder app on Android You can download from Google play store ( it has silver square with red rec in middle).
