Smartphone Apps Vypr - The Quick Survey App

All the apps are quiet this week. I'm not getting anything like £10 a month from Vypr. Had £5 my first month and then took me another 2 months to get the next £5.

About the same length of time for me as well, usually takes me around a month and half to two months to earn enough to cash out

Seems like a nice wee extra like qmee, not much money but very little effort required

I love this app, I would say out of everything it's the easiest format. I find this and curious cat the most fun. I know its about earning money not fun, but if it can be fun too then everyone's a winner.

I downloaded this app yesterday after putting if off for ages, I think it's brilliant. Slowly re-adding the money making apps I used to earn from again too.

Sometimes when I refresh at the end of the day I have lots of steers so it looks like they do build up, but it's difficult to know whether some do disappear which they would do if they have a quota for each one.

Haven't had an steers for about 3 weeks now , at 8,660 points and nearly there. Still got the shop steers showing for M&S but don't live near one . Hopefully VYPR will pick up along with People.io

I’ve had about 10 since I cashed out 3 days ago.

Have you updated the app? Or are you talking about the high value steers? All the ones currrently are no-where near me.

I think I'll try uninstalling and then re-installing the app from the Play store, thanks. I just have not steers at all for a few weeks now, except a few store-specific ones for M&S i think for 100 points.

The onlyother advice I can give you is when answering questions, be a bit more positive with your answers. Especially some of the lower value ones ‘Do you drink regularly from (a coffee shop)? - 10pts’ as I think these then drive other steers to appear.

I love the Vypr app. I've been using it a while now and have cashed out quite a few times. It's so easy to do and I just check it daily. The steers only take seconds to do so it's worth it

In true money-saving style, if there was a free-text field I'd answer "do you drink regularly from a coffee shop?" with "Yes, when it's free on the Wuntu app" or "Yes, when a chain pub does it for £1.40 refills and I drink 6 coffees in one sitting!" .

I’ve just started using VYPR, it’s really easy to use but I’m not sure about the quality of the info they collect. Would you eat this pepperoni pizza? Would you buy this chicken wrap? No because I’m vegetarian but they never asked that so it just looks like I don’t eat anything!

The same is true of a lot of these survey stuff. The quality of the info they gather is shocking.

Glad I spotted this as Vypr isn't one I'd come across. Must admit I don't really use survey apps (think I tried one once, a long time ago, and didn't think much of it at all, though things have probably improved by now in terms of quality). Will give this a download and keep my fingers crossed there are enough survey invites to make it worthwhile

Ran out of steers told me to get closer to Morrisons. It's 18 miles away how much closer do they want? I really don't expect an answer to that lol. Could be quite addictive. I like it.

I was told that yesterday when I was standing in Morrisons and next to the fruit and veg they were asking about!! I have also told them that I am not Scottish about 25 times - as long as I get credited I will keep on doing it.
