I have a couple steers , but i cant actually do them .

Ever since i upgraded the app , the formatting of the page is messed up.
Same here Cas. Lots of steers today but impossible to do as the formatting has gone doolally :(

I've just found their contact details and e-mailed them about the problem. I'll let you know if they reply

I was out doing a vape task and vypr, notified me I had a task, think it was Superdrug but I can't find the task in the app?
Plenty of steers? How do I find the task that they notified me about?
There is nothing on the in store screen?

Mine is fine,bu I did have this problem before. You just have to click repeatedly where you think the button should be and you can complete the steer.

Go into the superdrug and wander about for a bit. It may appear in the 'store' tab but often wont.

Right, I spoke to Laura, the ops manager at Vypr and she told me to delete the app, turn off the phone and then re-install it.
That didn't work as spookily the app reappeared all by itself when I turned the phone back on and the problem was still there
So I deleted the app and reinstalled it WITHOUT turning the phone off, logged back into it and it's all fine again!

they have just done some human checks on Vypr. there was a steer with a picture of a gorilla. I did wonder what it was until i opened it!

I don't have any steers at the moment, have a message saying if I have no internet or bad connection this may happen, I have uninstalled the app and re installed but still same message

keep refreshing the page they will pop up soon

App is fucked for me - it seems when I go into a steer I get the text version of it. Then when I try to click on anything it freezes and I can't go 'back'. When I shut down the app and re-open it the steer is gone.

No pending app updates to download so will just have to wait.

Rev, that's the problem I was reporting a few messages above this. Deleting the app and reinstalling fixed it for a while but then it comes back, done it 3 times so far, can't be bothered again. I've reported it to them so hopefully they'll update

Thats weird. Touch wood I haven't had any issues. I'm close to my second cash out. A few weeks ago it kept showing me the same things so I kept doing them thinking it was easy points. Turns out I wasn't getting the points.
I don't have an iPhone. The people who are having issues? What phones are you using?

Yes it's the IOS version that's having a problem Bella, don't know if there have been any issues with the android version

@Bella83 I have an iPhone and I only just updated to the latest version which is why I think it is borked. I managed my second cash-out and I'm 25% through my 3rd.
