I'm having a fairly good day, it's raining and my cat is snuggling me, but my gripe is there is no Coke in the fridge.

Toddler woke screaming at every bang which then woke the baby. I had ice-cream inbetween the trips to calm them umpteen times

Fireworks as well, my poor dog was a shaking dribbling mess. But even more pissed off wth a particular ex employer of one of my family who has generally trampled over people and caused a lot of anguish. Now he's done this to my son and although son is okayish about it, I am LIVID. Drove past the sneaky slimy f***r this morning, indicated to him that I though he was a w***r and he WAVED at me!! Now I dont know if
1 - he mistook my w****r gesture for waving
2 - he was being polite to minimise the chance of me going back to put his lights out
3 - he was being a smartarse.

Traffic!

Arg, there's such a huge and marked difference in what time I need to leave work, and how stressful I find the drive, when the kids are back in school and all the school run traffic is added to the roads! Arg!

Tried to setup a new account just for MB yesterday (with HSBC) and was given the wrong info over the phone. Called back this morning to find out what was happening and was told my details were not on the system for the new account (old, join account was fine). Spent half an hour back and forth trying to get it sorted and was then told to go into my local branch.
"I'd love to go into my local branch but seeing as how is got closed down and I'm not willing to travel for nearly an hour to get to the next closest branch I think we should just cancel the new account opening and I'll see about transfering my accounts to another bank. One that has a local branch." was an approximation of my reply.
Had I not given up and called a different number I'd be waiting for a call back (sometime in the next seven days sir).

Not so much today, but the other day I took the dogs for a walk and ended up in a and e because one panicked because he thought he had lost us and so came charging towards me and knocked me flying and I ended up lying on the floor in a heap. It was day 2 of my week off, so I had to cancel some part time work I had lined up that week because I had hurt my knee and didn't want to risk driving. Luckily no major damage but was an inconvenience and I lost out on money.

Also spend the rest of my week off playing support worker to the new live-in housekeeper who had arrived - but didn't stop talking about the issues she had and also told me she was going to leave (which she did). It totally drained me as I couldn't go out in my car and escape due to my leg and I couldn't walk far for the same reason. Was pleased to get back to work.

That sounds like a nightmare, so sorry that it's not going your way this week!

uggh that sucks! I HATE dealing with banking stuff online just because there is so much room for human error to take place when you are dealing with numbers / names etc.

There's something about being stuck in traffic as well that's so, so much worse than driving for the same amount of time but on a longer, non-stop route! Severely damages my calm first thing in the morning - all the more inspiration to stop working an office job, I guess!

That little shit who misinterpreted my w^^^^r gesture for a polite wave the other day has today EVEN WITHOUT SEEING HIM pissed me off so much that I am frantically searching the shed for a very long pole so that I can shove him into oncoming traffic and honestly say I was nowhere near him. Long pole also needs to be invisible in case of nearby CCTV

I know that feeling - I've had traffic indiscretions before that have kept me raging for weeks on end! Grr!

I got a product test through of a very expensive face cream to try. It's ultra calming for sensitive and allergy prone skin - I've reacted to it! Got up with a swollen, rashed face that is so hot that you fry an egg on it!

I had a sainsbury's delivery and they overcharged me for ginger root by £1 and also forgot to substitute missing burgers at a value of £2.50, so i was £3.50 lighter. I don't know busy trying to earn and this happens lol.

ah man I HATE it when this sort of thing happens with online food shops!

Tesco are a bloody nightmare for us with substitutions. Especially as we know which store the food is coming from and we a can be 99.9% sure that 'said' item would be in there if we went to it on the same day as the delivery!
