Being asked to stop taking photos of blades in Morrisons today. I still feel as though I’ve been caught shoplifting

Security guards get bored.. They like to feel they are making a difference and so tend to go all jobsworth on you sometimes while you are out doing task apps lol

With all the obsession with 'selfies' at the moment, can't you just angle it so it looks like you are doing that? (proud to have NEVER taken a selfie or wanted to, ha ha).

Ring them up and complain about it @Emsa22 - tell them you specifically request bags for hygiene reasons as well as convenience - you should get your money refunded at the very least, and hopefully a little extra :)

Incidentally, my gripe is with the Tesco home shopping bags - I pay 40p and usually get around 10 of those useless 1p bags. I know Iceland and Morrisons use PROPER carrier bags, I don't know about the rest.

I REALLY struggled to understand the english they were using today on the votes! Even more so when the 3rd vote came on which basically seemed to be the 1st vote all over again!

I'm trying to pretend it isn't happening for a while as it is all so annoying. Avoided any non Cheltenham news today!

So last sunday I bought a kindle from argos as it included a charger worth £17.99. Get home and open it and no charger. Get onto live chat and get told no, no charger included. After 10 minutes of arguing the operator agreed it did come with a charger and transfers me to someone else. Another 10 minutes of arguing and get told to go to store for my part. I ask for it to be posted, and get told nope. So I then ask how the store will know what I'm talking about and ask for a reference number and get told they don't do reference numbers. Ok, I say then how do I prove the conversation took place and am then told they need the chat transcript which I emailed to myself. Getting this information was very frustrating.

Go back to argos today to collect charger. 30 minutes later walk out without a charger as they don't even sell them! Tells me it's a mistake - no shit sherlock!!! The manager did however suggest (I) that I call back every week to see if someone has returned a fire tablet as they use the same charger or (ii) that I call argos' spare parts department and ask for one IF they have them. No and no!!!! Am going to have a lengthy and highly irritated conversation with their complaints department tomorrow. Pissed off is an understatement.

Edit: I do however have their feedback survey to do!

uggh, we've had a similar situation with Arogs based around a kettle of all thing sand had go in there showing the member of staff the online chat transcript who then didn't seem to believe us so we got the manager involved who agreed to swap the item 'on this occasion'

Argos's whole business model is just so out of touch anyway so it doesn't surprise me when their customer service is as well!

Seriously crap though. The manager was doing ok until the point when he told ME to contact their spares department! It is def a poor business model.

I love the 'on this occasion'! Like they're doing you a favour! It's not their money!

Why is there not a law that makes obstructing the highway a criminal offence. Then the police can arrest swampy and the great unwashed that are blocking up the roads and bridges in London and causing chaos. The police should have stopped them right at the beginning, they could be there for weeks now.
