have you considered just putting a 'this site makes money via affiliate links' type widget on the sidebar like TMSBlog does instead of having to do it in on individual posts?
Loads of offerings here. The only thing I think it's missing is images. Images selling products! I would use Text+Image when you get getting amazon associate links for a blog post such as this where you are listing a LOT of products. You don't need to do it for each one but maybe for the first in each category!
