Used to be an avid comper, then got out of the habit.
Entered the odd few in December, and won a CD, a herb growing kit, tea with Santa and a 4* spa break.
Maybe I should get back into it. :)

You should definitely get back into it! Especially when there’s a lot of advent competitions going on.

What was my biggest win? A Vauxhall Corsa in the 90's. I used to be a huge competition fan and would win about 3 a week, ( not cars I hasten to add! ) mainly theatre show tickets from the local paper - or cinema tickets. What have I won in the last 10 years, probably zero - give or take a few toiletries from SuperSavvyMe. I also did Take A Break for years and got nothing at all. I'm going to give comps a go again. If someone said I'd won a grain of sand from Blackpool Beach - I'd be pleased, I don't want big wins - I'm pleased with the simple stuff.

Just won 2 comps on Instagram. I've got a months Hello Fresh boxes and a vegetable/flower seed combo with a selection of organic packet mixes. Well happy with that!

Oops, I did it again.

This isn't really winning anything but I have just got another accidental freebie from Amazon. I bought a book, only £6.91, and after it arrived I decided that I didn't want it so I went through the returns procedure. At the end Amazon said that my refund had gone through and that I did not have to return the book. So I have actually got something for nothing again :D

I wonder what other goods they don't want back? Maybe we can all make a list of what we got from Amazon for nothing and if there is anything on it that others want they can buy it and get a refund and keep it, lol :D:eek::D.

I'm going to be naughty. I need some more face cream so I have just ordered some. I will wait till it arrives then cancel the order as I did before in all innocence. Only this time, not so innocent ;). This is just an experiment you understand. Purely in the interest of science and my purse. I will report back with the results of my experiment in a few days.

We once ordered a £80 side cabinet from John Lewis which was a total nightmare to build so I gave up. Got in touch to return it and they told us they don’t want it back and just refunded the money!
