What's the biggest Debt you've ever paid off?

Not including mortgages, car finance, student loans etc

I've had plenty of loans over the years and generally curse the day I ever got my first Credit Card from HSBC at the age of 18!

I would say my biggest pay off being one around £11,000 for a loan I got!! Sure as hell was glad when that giant elephant was gone from around my neck!!

Even though I know you said not to count it - I paid my student loan off a few months ago (after many years!) and still smiling about it
