I tend to peak at building flat pack furniture. I'm absolutely fine with an electric screwdriver and an Allen key! Can build anything so long as I can follow the instructions!
I remember amazing myself when I figured out how to rotate the valve correctly to put water into the boiler!
But when it comes to anything that involves Drilling I'M OUT!
Same with Plastering
Same with Painting
Then It's time to pay someone and just get them to to do it for me as otherwise I will end up making a right pigs ear of it!
My dad on the other hand could turn his hand to anything to improve the house!
This has come around again as I am currently looking for decorators to come and repaint our living room + Stairs + landing so probably looking at shell out maybe £500 odd paying someone to do all this for me!
Where does your skill level lie when it comes to doing things around the house?
