Cant see another thread on this but did any one else get this today.

You will have been expecting a payment from us today with regards to the test or tests completed for us in September. Unfortunately we've had a problem which means that the transfer to your PayPal account has not happened - we offer our most sincere apologies for this.

We are working hard to fix the problem and hope to have a fix in place within a week and we will keep you updated if this changes.

We know that this will be very disappointing and can only say that we are working hard to resolve this problem and get the money to you as quickly as possible.

Once again please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

same as me, just wondering as the 25th fell on the sunday when would have been the payment anyway, early on the friday or late on the monday?

bit disappointing that they say a week, not sure why it is that long?

Indeed. Being a week says to me cashflow problems rather than technical issue.

yes i was thinking that as well, which kind of worries me a bit as i have done a few tests this month that should be paying out end of November so i am hoping there is not anything serious going on.

They usually pay EARLY if it falls on a weekend, or a bank holiday, or someone in the office is going to be on holiday.

They are a reputable company and I'm sure it is a genuine problem x

I signed up with them and did the test about three weeks ago and have heard nothing - not even a thanks but no thanks.

Wonder if they are having internal issues?
