Cant see another thread on this but did any one else get this today.
You will have been expecting a payment from us today with regards to the test or tests completed for us in September. Unfortunately we've had a problem which means that the transfer to your PayPal account has not happened - we offer our most sincere apologies for this.
We are working hard to fix the problem and hope to have a fix in place within a week and we will keep you updated if this changes.
We know that this will be very disappointing and can only say that we are working hard to resolve this problem and get the money to you as quickly as possible.
