About six years ago I was searching for some Christmas cards. Going from one shop to another. But I was disappointed with the poor choice and the poor quality. Then I picked up a Free magazine in Sainsbury's, my Andrew is always saying that I pick anything up that's free, once picked up a free packet only to discover it was a free packet of tampons! Any way in this free magazine was an advert for Phoenix Trading, well never heard of them, in the advert it said about Christmas cards, so I sent off for a brochure.

Well when it came I was like WOW! Just what I was looking for, great choice of cards, and they were all charity cards helping to raise money for UK Charities, so placed a large order for cards and Christmas paper. A short time later a large box arrived how excited I was to open this box and take out all the lovely cards and gift paper, I can't tell you enough how good the quality of the cards and paper is. Now I have always loved greeting cards and gift paper. Gosh I remember going into a card shop and coming out with six sheets of gift paper, buying them just because I liked the look of them! So signing up to become a Phoenix Trader was a good decision. It matched my passion for cards and gift paper.

However for most of those five years I have been a Trader I have been more of a customer. It was only last year after a friend helped me with personal developments that's when I had a light bulb moment and realised what a great money making opportunity Phoenix Trading is. I am now building a nice customer base both local by dropping off a brochure to homes in my neighbourhood and Nationally through my e-commerce website, provided by Phoenix Trading for just £25. The cost for the starter pack is now only £30, it was more than that when I started. I earn 30% on orders that I collect and about 20% for online orders this is because the company delivers those orders direct to the customers. I also qualify for monthly bonuses and recently started to build a team of like minded people. We keep in touch by phone, e-mail, text and social media.

Phoenix Trading provide all that anyone will need to make a success of this opportunity. This can be a fun and rewarding business. I love seeing the look on my customers faces when I deliver orders, their faces light up with joy and excitement.

I'm down in Kent. Its probably the kind of thing I would have done if I didn't have my own business and the other stuff I do. Sometimes I wish I had more hours in the day!

If you don't take your cards to toddler groups then its worth thinking about. I'm sure our lady used to come once a month and set up her display and she always got quite a few orders.

Thanks for that. I will certainly contact some groups. I am happy to offer you a 25% discount if you could collect some orders for me. I can send you a brochure with some order forms an a stamped address envelope. X

This certainly does sound a good way to earn money from home. Is there any upfront costs involved at all?

£30 Jon gets people registered as an Independent Phoenix Trader, with that you get a basic website that people can view the products but there are no prices and people can't order online, plus a starter pack with brochures, order forms, a business Manuel etc..plus option to upgrade the website to an e-commerce website that has prices and takes payments, orders on the website are dealt direct with the company but as Traders we still get paid but less than collecting orders ourselves. Earn 30% on personally collected orders and 20% from orders online. Earn a weekly income from collecting local orders and a monthly income from orders on the e-commerce website. Plus if a Trader achieves a minimum £258 orders in a month they qualify for a bonus. The more orders the bigger the bonus. New Traders can if they wish also purchase a retail pack providing a selection of cards to sell straight away. The e-commerce website cost just £25. There is also an annual fee of £25 to pay, first payment after 12 months after joining. If you build a team you can also get a Leader Bonus. The more people you have in your team, and if you help them to be success, the more bonus you get. : ;D

Realistically how 'part time' can you do this ?

Do you get monthly targets that you HAVE to meet or can you go at your own pace once you join up with Phoenix?

Hi Jon, you can go at it at your own pace, but if you wish you can also take it more seriously. The company, for instance will pay out a bonus if you achieve sales of £258 per 4 weeks, this they class as personally active and encourage Traders to do this every month. But I do stress it really is up to the individual. They have recently added more levels, so people can start as a Phoenix Trader. Advance up to Senior Trader and up again to Executive Trader there are also higher levels, each level gives us Traders opportunity to earn more. ;D

Did you consider any other franchises before selecting Phoenix?

Many years ago I looked at the world of franchises and the money you needed to run of the big name ones up front was eye watering at best

Even wimpy would let you run one!!!

Yes Franchises can cost the earth, what these home business are often called though are The People Franchises. More affordable and without all the costs that you would get say with a Whimpy.
I have never considered the regular Franchises, but have been involved with Direct Sells for some time.

Just thought I would say Hi. I am also a phoenix trader, based in Norfolk. I am in Jo Haines team (Stuart Millers downline too)

I love the flexibility of working for phoenix as the hours just fit around your everyday life. I've managed to make quite a bit in the last year and feel its one of those things that builds in time but its really easy to start earning money by just giving everyone you know a brochure, family, friends, the postman, the plumber literally everyone.

For me phoenix are a great company to work for and they just give there trader so much help
