Cheers Jon,

I think I'll give this a go. I was put off by the recent outbound call job, but as this is inbound it probably suits me better.

TIME SHALL TELL!

I have an interview for this today.

I applied in the summer and had an interview and was offered a second but due to family circumstances had to cancel. Have just re-applied and got another interview now. They seemed v good last time. Take a while to get back to you after applying. Free Sky too after you have been with them for 3 months.

You can use a laptop; it just has to be connected to your modem with the ethernet cable. I think they need a wired connected as opposed to a wireless one as it's more stable for connecting to their dialler

Has anyone else been offered this? I am meant to be starting on 20th Oct. They provide the computer now - you just need keyboard, mouse, monitor and headset.

If you want to take part in the opportunity (and it sounds like a good one) I would just go and buy a 10/15m Ethernet cable and then apply.

Flexibility and being able to adapt is key for ANY working from home type role

I assume the machine they provide is work use only - nothing else installed which could interfere with or jeopardise security/safety.

It took a long time from applying to interview - about a month I think. Quite a long telephone interview - was ok but kept me on my toes a bit. Questions about previous experience. Pretty standard I guess. Then phonecall next day to say had been successful. They do CRB check and then courier out equipment before training. The training takes 3 weeks. Just waiting to get going really. Hours of work are midday until 11pm. 40 hours over 5 days of the week.
