I've just had a very ambiguous attention check question:
'People that read the question click the point furthest to the left.'
Now you could click the furthest point left (strongly disagree) or you could click strongly agree, which is furthest right, because you strongly agree with the statement. Both answers are potentially correct!
I've told the researcher, because they could potentially be screening out people who actually are paying attention! I clicked furthest left - you watch me get screened out now, even though I've left a message for the researcher lol.

I've still never had a single survey from Prolific, am I missing something? Should I try to sign up again using another email address or change something? I don't get why I've had nothing since signing up!!

Make sure to check you have completed all the prescreening questions under 'account' section. Email should not make a difference to whether you receive surveys or not.
All comes down to your answers for prescreening, location, time of day (so make sure to keep checking or set up alerts to notify of a new survey like some people have on here)

Thanks Jon, I have completed all prescreening questions and do check at different times of the day, not sure if I've got alerts set so will have a look to see if that helps.

Nope.. I've been refreshing my screen every few minutes for the last hour but still nothing, I've emailed them to see if their is a problem with my account so will see if that helps. Its still only showing my the demonstration survey which Ive taken half a dozen times!

Been about 6 surveys showing in the last hour or so. Under the account section does it show a verified symbol beside account status on the left, if not you may need to verify your account (also shows under the trust heading in account - my says email and phone verified).
Sorry i cant be of any more assistant, hope you get it resolved as it's a great site for earning. The first site i go to for earning online personally.
I hope they come back to you and let you know what's causing you to not see any tasks.

Does anyone understand how to cash out using Circle? I've signed up to circle but every time I click the circle pay out option on PA, it just takes me to the Circle website.....
They got back to me quite quickly last night, there was some kind of block on my account but they didn't know why so its been fixed and I've had my first survey now! Thanks for all your help.
If you sign in on the Circle App or website it should should show you on your frontpage? I downloaded the App, then when you cash out to Circle it goes right away then there is a cashout button on the App that sends it straight to your bank.

After not receiving any surveys I went through the contact page and asked if there was a reason behind this.
It looks as though I wasn't getting any as i had went off-line for about 6 months, spoke to someone called Kendra who was very helpful and got my account unflagged.
Logged in today and had 3 surveys waiting on me.
Happy days again
