I had a unintentional break, now am working on a bit of a new aspect -

I am aiming to put up content once a week at least. I am having problems with google adsense and skimlinks but will pop a separate post on that later this week.
I went back and had a look at what others in my area have been doing since my direction has had to change as I am not currently training or competing. I have listened to a lot of podcasts and YouTube channels. So I am developing my own page into areas that I think would benefit. I have bought some new bits of kit. I am going to start producing a few YouTube tutorials as these do well if you get the right niche. I think I have got a good idea, so am going to get a few videos produced, I have downloaded Canva and just starting to play with that so I can get together a slick intro. If this takes off I will invest in better kit. I am looking at get a Pivo, as in the equestrian community this bit of kit is doing really well and the producers are upgrading the software all the time to make it better for tracking horses. This seems like a great idea, rather than buying more kit, upgrading software is so much cheaper for all of us!
I have worked really hard to link together my social media and this is bringing in a trickle of footfall to my blog and they are clicking through to outside links so I think that if I can get a grip on Skimlinks and Google Ads then this will start to be successful. For now I am just trying to get a loyal band of supporters. My last Facebook story where I did a product reveal got over 100 viewers on my Facebook and 50 on Instagram where I am not too busy. Instagram seems to be where it is at, so I am working on that with content.
I have also been very tempted with the whole Podcast thing, but that would require some more outlay. So am going to sit on that for a bit.
My main job is very time consuming so I have to do what I can. Thankfully working from home is a bit benefit!
