Yeah they do get a lot of responses for more info but I think half the time it's only because they haven't put what the opportunity is in the first place. Sometimes I ask just because i'm intrigued to what it is, not that I am interested. I'd rather be up front in my ads and have no response...

Definately agree, especially for Avon ads, I struggle to post mine without knocking someone elses off.. too competitive.

Do they text and charge you at all? I hate giving my number out incase I get charged!

I can relate to the stress eating Ro Moore i had a take away last night cos i'm stressed out woah. Now i feel like rubbish and i've starved myself all week for nothing lol. Back on it today

I suffered really bad with it for a couple of years and docs couldn't find anything wrong and put it down to IBS. I did a food diary and turned out cheese, vinegar and bread set me off. My doctor said they only call it IBS because they can't find anything else wrong with you lol.

Thanks Chammy and katykicker. If you can stick clean eating Chammy you'll lose it quite quick. My boyfriend did clean eating and he lost just over 3 stone within 2 month!

Hows everyone getting on? I got weighed monday and stated slim fast diet yesterday, hoping to lose 7lbs in 2 week, which should be achievable!
