I’ve had great support from them on the projects I’ve worked on. They’ve responded fairly quickly on the occasions I’ve made contact. There’s good and bad communication in every organisation. Don’t write them off as such, as it’s good work when we get the opportunity. Hopefully your next project...

It helps to write a fake profile on a notepad and work from that in those types on calls. Read through the scenario in advance and scribble down your answers. It helps the call flow better. Everyone feels a bit silly doing them to start with however you get used to doing them and it’s easy money :)
