I looked into this as I saw someone suggest it elsewhere, but it looks like Paypal have made it nigh on impossible for UK accounts to add Wise accounts now. Can I ask when you set it up?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but have any of you who work for Appen, or any other company that pays in USD, found a way to withdraw or convert your earnings without being hit by Paypal's awful currency conversion rates? or at least found a way to minimise the hit?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but as appen pay in USD does anyone know if there's any way to convert this to GBP before it gets to PayPal? I keep getting hit by PayPal's high conversion rates......
