I like your goals because they are very grounded and realistic, small hiccups happen its life, keep going because by 2019 you will have way passed your goals if you do.

I tried MLM failed stalled a few years tried again failed again and just ended up thinking you know what stick to real world stick to majority stick to Evergreen and you'll be filled with more of the green ££££ ;), never going back...

In my experience on top of monthly,weekly and daily tasks, it's important to also set goals for the next 6 months or the rest of the year in terms of what you want to achieve and then reverse engineer that into your to do lists.

your posts can take up to over a year to rank properly in Google depending on the target during this time it can be difficult to stay motivated but realistically give it a year or two of effort the end results are amazing and well worth it.
