Simply follow these steps:

4. Go to rewards and you should see pop-up message - tap on help him/her

From what I know you can get reward ranging from $7 to $10. Minimum withdrawal is $10 via Paypal.
So if you receive less then $10 from the chest you have to invite people. For one invited person you'll get $0.30.
